White Doves are often released in memory of loved ones who are no longer with us. In my experience, it is a loving way to include lost loved ones in your wedding day.

Releasing Doves into the sky creates a moment, which can be beautifully photographed, to actually stop for a moment and remember those who cannot be with you to celebrate.

We are able to release anywhere between two and ten Doves and always work closely with you to ensure that we make your vision a reality.

Upon releasing Doves, you will notice that they all fly home together. It is a beautiful demonstration and symbol of the start of your newly married ife together.

It is also a wonderful way to cement the joining of two families, with children always welcome to participate.

We also have gorgeous display Doves which add an air of elegance to welcome your guests to your wedding ceremony.

How it works

  • Set Up

    We agree a time that we will arrive at your wedding venue, usually 30 minutes before the start of your ceremony.

  • colours

    The baskets and cages are tatsefully decorated with flowers in colours of your choosing.

    We can match your wedding colours, use a special colour to reperesent lost family members or we could even be your something blue.

  • Release

    After your ceremony it is time for your release.

    Our expert Dove handlers will take time to introduce you to our Doves and show you how to hold them safely (if you wish to hold them). We work alongside your photographer to get the best shots.

  • Guests

    We know that your guests, especially the little ones, will be inrigued about the Doves. So we always bring an extra Dove or two to let people have a look and have some photographs of their own.
